Change Management processes may include creative marketing to enable communication between change audiences, but also deep social understanding about leadership?s styles and group dynamics.
These fundamental principles are what I am using to drive the changes I have recommended to the process of change management.
The major changes I have recommended to the process are; introduction of internal OLSA?s to measure the responsiveness and productivity of the IT team. In future all requests will include a customer feedback email so that the team can begin to measure satisfaction.
